Dassault Aviation, the French manufacturer of Falcon business jets, has chosen Honeywell’s Aspire 350 satellite communications system to enhance connectivity across its Falcon fleet. The Aspire 350, which is designed for both new installations and retrofits, will be used on the Falcon F900 and F2000 series, as well as the Falcon 7X, 8X, and the upcoming Falcon 6X and 10X.

The announcement was made at the Paris Air Show 2023, where Honeywell and Dassault celebrated their 50-year relationship. The Aspire 350 is a small and lightweight system that provides global, high-speed connectivity for pilots and passengers. It uses the Iridium NEXT satellite constellation, which offers reliable coverage from pole to pole.

The Aspire 350 enables pilots to access cockpit safety services and up-to-date information throughout their flight path, while passengers can enjoy up to 700 Kbps of cabin internet connectivity for productivity and entertainment. The system is simple to install and integrates with Honeywell’s GoDirect services, which offer flight planning, weather data, flight tracking and more.

“Dassault Aviation is a long-standing partner of Honeywell and we are proud to provide the Aspire 350 for their fleet of best-in-class business aircraft. The Aspire 350 will deliver seamless connectivity for pilots and passengers alike, enhancing their safety, efficiency and comfort,” said Steve Hadden, vice president and general manager of Services and Connectivity at Honeywell Aerospace.

Dassault Aviation is one of the leading manufacturers of business jets in the world, with more than 2,500 Falcons delivered to customers in over 90 countries. The company is known for its innovation, performance and design excellence.
