In a groundbreaking deal announced at the prestigious Paris Air Show, Dassault Falcon’s private jet fleet is gearing up to leverage the cutting-edge Aspire 350 satellite communications system. The agreement entails the installation of Aspire 350 on Dassault Falcon business aircraft, including the F900, F2000, F7X, F8X, F6X, and F10X models, both as part of the initial configuration and as aftermarket retrofit applications.

The Aspire 350 system brings a wealth of benefits to pilots and passengers alike, ensuring they stay connected and well-informed throughout their journey. Equipped with a compact and lightweight unit, pilots can access real-time information, enhancing flight safety and efficiency.

With an integrated cockpit and cabin connectivity experience, the Aspire 350 empowers both pilots and passengers with seamless communication. Leveraging the power of the Iridium NEXT satellite constellation, the network system provides essential cockpit safety services for pilot operations. Moreover, passengers can enjoy up to 700 Kbps cabin internet connectivity, fostering productivity while in the air.

Honeywell Aerospace, the provider of the Aspire 350 system, expressed their pride in being selected by Dassault for this project. The partnership between Honeywell and Dassault has flourished over five decades, and this collaboration further cements their strong relationship. Steve Hadden, the vice president and general manager of Services and Connectivity at Honeywell Aerospace, expressed confidence in the users’ positive reception of the Aspire 350, comparing the experience to using broadband at home.

As the private jet industry evolves, the integration of advanced communication systems like Aspire 350 highlights Dassault Falcon’s commitment to ensuring top-notch safety and convenience for their clientele.
