DCA opens new security facility, part of $1B upgrade

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport has opened a new security screening area that is a part of Project Journey, its $1 billion renovation effort. Passengers are directed to the security screening area from the ticketing level, and those without checked luggage can access it directly from the parking garage.
