Delta CEO voices optimism for recovery of corporate, international travel
“It’s not a straight line up, but I’m really confident as we look into ’22, we’re continue to see good momentum to get our business fully restored next year,” Delta Air Lines CEO Ed Bastian said about corporate and international travel, citing continual upticks in business travel and international bookings over the last quarter. “We’re showing our resiliency, and importantly, we’re going to be ready when those travel channels return,” he emphasized. Bastian also noted that 90% of its employees are fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
