Delta looks back on varied charitable endeavors in 2021

Delta Air Lines’ charitable initiatives in 2021 included donating 11,347 pints of blood to the American Red Cross, planting trees and building two playgrounds in Atlanta, as well as building 1,250 bicycles, donating 20 boxes of toys and contributing $550,000 to Toys for Tots. Delta renamed its Atlanta headquarters after Ambassador Andrew Young and donated $1 million to the Andrew J. Young Foundation.
