Delta program widens access to career opportunities

Delta Air Lines is employing a “skills-based” approach that fosters diversity and greater opportunity by eliminating a college degree requirement for many positions and offering new training and apprenticeship programs. “We’re working to bridge the gap through new programs so that we don’t continue to miss out on this vital talent,” said Ashley Black, Delta’s director of equity strategies.
