Delta, Seahawks raise funds for breast cancer research

The Seattle Seahawks are partnering with Delta Air Lines to donate the savings from a less expensive airport handling arrangement to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, one of Delta’s long-time partners. The idea came from Matt Pinholster, a charter program manager at Delta whose mother is a breast cancer survivor. Since 2005, Delta has raised over $24 million and funded 88 different research projects for BCRF.
