Delta spotlights diversity initiatives

In marking Black History Month, Delta Air Lines is highlighting efforts to increase diversity within the company, such as reducing bias in job descriptions and qualifications and considering experience as an alternative to a college degree for some positions. Delta is also partnering with multiple Black business organizations, donating travel miles and diversifying its pipeline of potential employees and vendors.
