Delta Air Lines has updated the terms of its SkyMiles program to warn frequent flyers that membership may be terminated “on the basis of documented abusive behavior.” The Federal Aviation Administration continues to enforce a zero tolerance policy for disruptive behavior, recently proposing penalties as high as $32,750 against four passengers for interfering with flight attendants. “We appreciate the continued enforcement and support from the FAA, which assists our flight crews in safely executing their onboard responsibilities,” said a spokesperson for Airlines for America.
