Delta’s customer service team helps connect family with newly adopted son
When winter weather and a family medical emergency caused Delta customer Brooke’s travel journey to be impacted just as she flew to Nevada to adopt her baby boy, Delta’s Reservation Sales & Customer Care team member Tyler worked to connect Brooke and the baby boy back home. Tyler and Brooke spoke multiple times over the course of 10 days, and he was able to help Brooke and her baby fly home. “The idea that Delta could play a part in this and connected us to our new son was wonderful. I know that our baby will be Delta strong,” she said.
