Delta’s “Watch Tower” closely monitors vaccine shipments

Delta Air Lines’ “Vaccine Watch Tower” gives special attention to vaccine shipments, following each shipment from booking to delivery. “We are judged every day by the service we deliver our customers, and this is critical as we build trust with healthcare manufacturers and shippers that we can handle their business,” said James Ryu, manager of Delta’s Cargo Control Center.
