Direct Travel Chatbot Simon Parle Français After Update

Direct Travel has launched a French-speaking version of its Simon virtual assistant tool, the corporate travel management service provider announced. The chatbot now can answer travel questions, help with profile updates, pull information such as past invoices and connect travelers to live team members in both English and French, which Direct Travel chief technology officer Darryl Hoover called “the next stage in the evolution of Simon.” The company said the feature is part of its initiatives to “meet customers where they are.”
