Entrepreneur hopes portable rooms start a movement

The New York hospitality startup Moliving has introduced modular, freestanding hotel rooms that can be moved around by proprietors as demand dictates. The 400-square-foot units with a starting price of $150,000 each are touted as a “complement to the traditional hotel model” by Moliving founder and CEO Jordan Bem.
