Expensify Offering Cash Back on Corp. Card Purchases

Expensify is offering users of its corporate payment card up to 2 percent cash back for all purchases, the company announced.

Expensify clients qualify for the rewards program if they spend a total of more than $25,000 combined across all Expensify Cards companywide in a given month, which will earn 1 percent cash back for that month. Companies spending a total of more than $250,000 in a month will earn the maximum 2 percent cash back reward.

All purchase categories are eligible and there are no amount limits as to how much cash back a company can earn. Cash back rewards are automatically applied to eligible companies’ Expensify accounts, the company said.

Expensify launched its eponymous payment card in October 2019 as a companion to its core expense management platform. The company subsequently added a chat-based booking tool to the mix, rolling out its Concierge Travel service to all holders of the Expensify Card in June 2020.
