The Federal Aviation Administration has given approval for airports to spend coronavirus relief funds on testing, paving the way for more such testing programs. Eastern Iowa Airport in Cedar Rapids, which asked the FAA for permission in July 2020, will begin offering COVID-19 tests on Jan. 25.
