FAA issues grants for sustainability, accessibility

The Federal Aviation Administration is awarding upwards of $35 million in total grants for airport improvements, including electric vehicles and upgraded temperature control systems, that aim to reduce their impact on emissions. The FAA also announced another series of grants towards accessibility improvements benefitting people with disabilities, with the total amount exceeding $22 million.
