Family thanks Delta for service and compassion

Since Billy Ojeda was diagnosed with a rare muscular disease in 2016, Delta Air Lines has been the family’s partner in their travels from California to Florida for treatment, as crew members ensured that delays never made them miss an appointment, gave them a special airport tour in Atlanta and offered compassionate aid on numerous occasions that his father, Chris, described in a letter of thanks. “Delta has been there for us in the most profound and amazing ways,” Ojeda wrote.
