FCM has appointed executives to two new positions within the travel management company, one focusing on buyer relationships and the other on technology strategy.

Suzanne Heller is now FCM’s global director of acquisition and enablement, a sales and marketing role in which she will be responsible for boosting sales and helping FCM improve relationships and engagement with buyers. Philadelphia-based Heller has been with FCM for more than seven years and, as director of sales and marketing operations in the Americas, has fostered more than 500 customer introductory meetings to the sales team, resulting in an additional $4.5 billion in FCM’s sales pipeline, according to the TMC.

FCM also named Peter Psaltakis as VP of global solutions engineering, a role in which he will ensure that the TMC’s technology team’s strategy is aligned with sales. Psaltakis has been with FCM since 2015 and in 2017 took on FCM’s first solutions engineering position.
