FedEx, FourKites forge supply chain platform partnership

FedEx is joining with freight-tracking software provider FourKites to launch FourKites X, a supply chain intelligence platform that will assist large shippers with planning, real-time visibility, delivery predictions and supply chain insights. The platform will be powered by FourKites’ machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities and will use FedEx’s data on the 16.5 million packages it moves daily in 220 countries and territories.
