Finland’s new Cahkal Hotel features Arctic luxury

The Cakhal Hotel, which opened this summer, is a high-end boutique hotel co-founded by Ville and Margit Eskonen in the village of Kilpisjarvi, Finland, which lies in in the Arctic Circle. The 23-key hotel offers its guests outdoor excursions throughout the year — hiking, e-biking and helicopter tours in the summer, skiing and snowshoeing in the winter.
