Fla. files no-sail lawsuit against CDC

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is suing the CDC in an effort to force the agency to lift the no-sail ban that has kept cruise lines in port since March 2020. DeSantis said the agency has effectively stalled an industry that provides about 60,000 jobs.
