Fla. hotel features new “Book Butler” program

The Ben West Palm in West Palm Beach, Fla., has started a new program known as the “Book Butler” program in partnership with The Palm Beach Book Store that allows guests to purchase books from an in-room menu and have a copy hand-delivered to their room. Books also come with a custom-designed tasseled bookmark and guests can also order Book Bites, which are small plates of food to go with their book.
