Pilot John Bone of Apalachicola, Fla., is volunteering with Ukraine Air Rescue to bring Ukrainian refugees to safety in Germany and to deliver urgently needed supplies. Bone, a retired airline pilot and flight instructor, is the only American in the group of 270 volunteer aviators.
