Fox World Deepens Deem Partnership

Fox World Travel has expanded its existing alliance with online booking tool provider Deem, becoming a Deem Collective premium partner. The enhanced relationship increases Fox’s ability to customize Deem’s recently launched Etta OBT and trip management platform for its corporate clients, the TMC said.

Among TMCs, Fox has been notably active in partnering with third-party service providers. In September 2020, it became the first to adopt off-channel booking capture specialist Traxo’s TMC-focused “Traxo for TMCs” offering, and in August 2019, Fox launched its Cognition business intelligence platform, which is powered by data visualization company Domo. In 2018, it began offering its clients access to travel saving incentive specialist Rocketrip.

Launched by Deem earlier this year as a replacement for its previous Work Fource platform, Etta was designed to meet client demand for mobile-first, consumer-like experience, according to the company. Last month, Vancouver-based TMC Worldgo signed on to re-sell Etta, marking Deem’s first reseller deal with a Canadian TMC.
