GeoVero, a U.S.-based AI-powered guest feedback platform, is helping hotels gather real-time reviews via WhatsApp, enhancing guest satisfaction and online reputation. Founded in early 2024, the startup is currently seeking $8 million in seed funding to scale operations.

Addressing a Major Hospitality Challenge

Negative reviews can cost hotels thousands in lost bookings, yet more than 50% of satisfied guests never leave feedback. GeoVero bridges this gap by proactively collecting real-time feedback during a guest’s stay, enabling hotels to resolve issues before they escalate.

With 81% of travelers relying on online reviews, the platform helps hotels increase positive ratings, directly impacting bookings and revenue. Studies show that a one-star rating increase can drive a 2-3% monthly revenue boost.

Technology and Market Opportunity

GeoVero’s AI-driven system integrates seamlessly with hotel operations, targeting mid-sized hotels and independent properties. The company plans to expand partnerships with hotel management systems to scale globally.
