All Hawaii-bound passengers can participate in Hawaii’s Safe Travels Program through uploading vaccination or test data through Clear’s Health Pass app. Travelers who upload proof of a negative COVID-19 test result or vaccination card can then bypass the state’s mandatory 10-day quarantine.
