Hawaiian Airlines boosts efforts of island “conservation dogs”
Hawaiian Airlines is providing free interisland travel through the end of 2021 for Conservation Dogs of Hawaiʻi, an organization that trains and deploys dogs to search for both endangered and invasive species of plants and animals. “Hawai’i is geographically isolated and has unique conservation needs, many of which we believe would benefit from detection dogs,” said Kyoko Johnson, the dog trainer who founded the organization.
