Hawaiian employee group celebrates Hawaiian language

In celebration of Hawaiian Language Month, Hawaiian Airlines’ employee volunteer group, Team Kokua, joined malama the ‘aina (care for the land) at a local immersion school that uses traditional and contemporary teachings to provide a strong cultural identity and sense of place to students. Volunteers assisted the school with gardening while immersing in the Hawaiian language.
