Host Hotels buys asset in Texas, sells Boston property

Host Hotels & Resorts made a $242 million deal to purchase the fee simple interest in Austin, Texas’ Hotel Van Zandt. In addition, the REIT sold the Sheraton Boston in a $233 million transaction.
