Host Hotels & Resorts and Noble create JV

Host Hotels & Resorts and Noble Investment Group have formed a joint venture, and Host has invested $90.7 million for a 49% interest in Noble’s asset management platform. “By capitalizing on Noble’s deep expertise, we will have the ability to incubate and invest in future lodging-adjacent strategies, thereby creating additional paths for long-term strategic value creation,” Host President and CEO Jim Risoleo said.
