Hotel buys show lots of heart left in San Francisco

Heated-up hotel trading in the San Francisco Bay Area was reflected this month in two deals connected to AWH Partners. An AWH affiliate bought the Hilton Garden Inn Fremont Milpitas for $38.9 shortly after AWH and The Roxborough Group paid $87.5 million for the Villa Florence Hotel in San Francisco.
