Hotel REITs posted improved performance in Q3

Financial reporting from hotel REITs shows that an uptick in business travel near the end of the third quarter helped boost revenue, but performance has yet to reach pre-pandemic levels. Still, R.W. Baird Senior Research Analyst Michael Bellisario noted that Q3 hotel revenue is up significantly from the previous quarter and that most hotel REITs surpassed Q3 expectations.
