Hoteliers: Pandemic puts recession fears into perspective

Hotel revenue managers recently discussed their concerns regarding the possibility of a recession during the Hotel Data Conference, wherein they noted that after dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic, they are not as worried as they would be otherwise. “As it relates to our industry in a recession, at least over the past couple of years, we’ve become very comfortable being uncomfortable,” says Nicole Havens of Peachtree Hospitality Management.
