Hotels herald change for unique Boulder

A pair of hotel projects has boosted hopes for a long-sought revitalization of The Hill near the University of Colorado-Boulder campus, while raising concerns about changes to the quirky business district’s character. Construction is underway on a 234-room hotel and conference center and a mixed-use property with a 189-room hotel.
