Iconic Fresno, Calif., hotel will be reborn for rentals

City and state elected officials toured the historic, long-shuttered Hotel Fresno in California last week to spotlight its $38 million renovation for conversion to affordable housing. The originally planned July opening of the property has been pushed to next year because of a pandemic-related building supplies backlog.
