Construction is underway on a $21 million project that will relocate two taxiways at Eastern Iowa Airport in Cedar Rapids, improving safety margins. “This allows us to accommodate those larger aircraft and do it much more efficiently and safely on the apron,” said Airport Director Marty Lenss.
