JetBlue invests in CO2-based sustainable fuel

JetBlue is among the buyers committed to purchase Air Company’s sustainable aviation fuel, which is made from captured carbon dioxide and renewable energy, a circular process that removes CO2 from the ecosystem as well. This innovation “has the potential to achieve commercial viability at scale–a game-changer for our industry to significantly and quickly drive down our emissions,” says Sara Bodgan, sustainability director at JetBlue.
