JetBlue Tech Ventures backs rental information company

JetBlue Tech Ventures, the airline’s venture capital subsidiary, has invested in Transparent, a company that aggregates publicly available data and information gleaned from professional rental managers to track trends in the vacation rental industry. JetBlue also named Amy Burr as the new president of the subsidiary, which she said would continue to back startup companies and expects to announce a new sustainability investment later in the year.
