JetBlue to add 5K jobs in NYC

JetBlue will hire 5,000 additional employees in its hometown of New York City, where it already employs 8,000 people. The airline is also offering discount vacation packages designed to promote the city as a tourist destination this summer. “We want to be part of building the economic recovery and [bringing] tourism back to New York,” said JetBlue CEO Robin Hayes.
