Kosher hotel is all about the environment

A 17th-century manor house in Kent, England, has been transformed into a vegetarian, kosher ecohotel with a zip line, vegetable garden, microbrewery and chicken coop, as well as tennis courts and an indoor pool. CEO Talia Chain says her Jewish faith and environmentalism are at the heart of the enterprise that includes a fellowship program for five people to work on the land.
