Latin American tourism forecast: 5.5M jobs in decade

The Latin American tourism industry will grow at nearly double that of the region’s overall economy, generating 5.5 million new jobs over the coming decade, the World Travel and Tourism Council projects. Travel and tourism produced $213.4 billion in the region past year, up 26.5% from 2020, the council adds.
