Lee Initiative program grows to mentor more female chefs

The Lee Initiative’s Women Culinary and Spirits program, founded in 2018 by Kentucky chef Edward Lee and managing director Lindsay Ofcacek, expanded this year to include more participants and open mentorship opportunities to women across the US. The 2021 class of mentees includes 10 chefs and five beverage professionals who will work at female-led restaurants and beverage programs and a sustainable farm.
