LinkedIn: What Black employees need to advance

Forty-five percent of Black professionals are considering leaving their jobs because of a lack of opportunities for advancement and 46% of Black professionals ages 18 to 34 have experienced microaggressions or outright discrimination in the workplace, according to a LinkedIn survey. In addition, 40% of Black professionals say mentorships would improve equality in the workplace, but 49% think lack of trust is a barrier.
