Despite another pandemic year, Lodz Airport recorded increases

In 2021 Lodz Airport welcomed two new carriers on the Polish market.

Greece airline – Lumiwings in July opened routes to 3 Italian cities – Forli in the Emilia-Romagna region, Trapani, and Palermo in Sicily.

20th September, Ukrainian low-cost airline SkyUp inaugurated flights to Kyiv.

Totaly at Lodz Airport, the number of passenger routes grew by 12,28%, compared with 2020.

For the more, Lodz Airport achieved success in the CARGO area. CARGO Department served 19,66% more tones than in 2020. December 2020 was the best December for CARGO operations at Lodz Airport since it was founded.
