Low pay called culprit as 1M hotel, dining workers quit

Roughly 1 million of the 4.5 million employees quit their jobs in November in the US were hotel and restaurant workers, both record numbers. With openings plentiful and hiring going apace, analysts suggest that low wages are driving the departures.
