Manulife builds culture around well-being, days off

Manulife is giving employees one afternoon off each month and five additional personal days next year while continuously measuring their well-being, says Angie Ng, chief HR officer for Manulife Singapore. “Ultimately, we believe that our success as a company depends on the well-being of our people and it is our responsibility to embed mental well-being into our culture,” Ng says.
