Menominee Tribe, Hard Rock pitch Wisconsin casino-resort
The Menominee Tribe plans to partner with Hard Rock International on a new casino in Kenosha, Wis., a proposal that was previously rejected in 2015 by then-Gov. Scott Walker. The current pitch for a casino, which would be owned by the tribe and managed by Hard Rock, would entail a smaller venue on a 60-acre site west of the interstate.
