Mexican tourist destinations are heating up dramatically after months of pandemic-related chill as vaccine availability lifts visitor confidence. Recovery is underway for struggling hotels, with summer bookings reportedly raising occupancy to between 48.7% to 61.5% in favorite areas, where properties stood empty for much of 2020.
