Detroit resident Brandy Ali, a single mom, has launched the first mobile spa in Michigan: Spa Land Mobile Spa. “A lot of people have been under a lot of stress and they haven’t gotten a massage in a while. … So I figured with this RV, it’d be perfect to just pull up to people,” Ali says.
