Multiple deals in PREIT’s sales pipeline

Pennsylvania REIT has several sales pending in its pipeline, with the properties involved including hotel development parcels, multifamily buildings and anchor space at the Valley View Mall in La Crosse, Wis. “We believe that executing on our plan to bring capital into the company to reduce debt and continuing to execute operationally will drive demand in our shares and alleviate the need to take other action,” says CEO Joe Coradino.
